Overall, it seems that, "Hosanna," is a cry for salvation, while at the same time is a declaration of praise. Therefore, it may be derived that this plea for help is out of an agreeably positive connotation.

today, with abandon we cried hosanna in worship.  i did not realize it was the depth of the cry of my heart.  how cool.
a lot is going on, i can't place fingers exactly on what is going on... but this i do konw, God will bring me to where i need to be, and He will be mighty to save.
